1. Welcome to Suyog Travels! By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

This document constitutes an electronic record as per the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules thereunder, including relevant amendments made by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature.

This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which mandates the publishing of rules and regulations, privacy policy, and terms of use for accessing or utilizing the domain name www.suyogtravels.in ("Website"), including related mobile sites and mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). The Platform is owned by Suyog Travels, a firm with its registered office at Sarita Vihar, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as "Platform Owner", "we", "us", "our").

4. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms of Use") govern your use of the Platform and any services or tools available on or through the Platform, including applicable policies incorporated by reference. By using the Platform or engaging in transactions on it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. You are required to periodically review the Terms of Use as they may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.

Suyog Travels is a travel agency based in New Delhi, India, specialising in organising tour and travel packages for various tourist destinations across India. Our services include but are not limited to travel planning, bookings, and customer support.

For the purposes of these Terms of Use or Terms & Conditions, wherever the context requires:

6. 1. "User," "You," "Your," or "Traveller" refers to any natural or legal person who has agreed to access or use the Platform or purchase goods/services through it.

   2. "Platform Owner," "Platform," "Suyog Travels," "We," "Our," or "Us" refers to Suyog Travels, the owner of the Platform.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.

8. Eligibility

To use the Platform and Services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to maintain this information thereafter. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your registered account.

9. Services Offered

Suyog Travels offers various travel-related services, including:

a. Customized tour packages

b. Hotel bookings

c. Transportation arrangements

d. Guided tours

10. Booking Process

a. Reservations: All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting our customer service.

b. Payment: A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due as specified in the package details.

c. Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent once the booking is successfully completed.

11. Charges and Payment

You agree to pay all charges associated with availing the Services through the Platform.

12. Cancellation and Refund Policy

a. Cancellation by Customer: To cancel a booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will apply as per the following schedule:

 i. More than 30 days before departure: 20% of total package cost

 ii. 15-30 days before departure: 50% of total package cost

 iii. Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

b. Cancellation by Suyog Travels: In the unlikely event that we must cancel your trip, we will provide a full refund or an alternative travel option of equal value except in events of 'Force Majeure' as enshrined in sub-clause (c) of clause 16 of this 'Terms and Conditions'.

13. Modifications

Any changes to confirmed bookings (e.g., dates, destinations, traveler names) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Requests for modifications must be made in writing.

14. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase travel insurance from third parties to cover any unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

15. Travel Documents

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary travel documents (passport, visas, etc.) are valid and in order. Suyog Travels is not responsible for any issues arising from improper documentation.

16. Liability

a. Limitation of Liability: Suyog Travels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or other economic interests arising from the use of our services or any third-party services.

b. Disclaimer of Warranties: Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee concerning the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials offered on the Platform or through the Services. Such information may contain inaccuracies, and we expressly disclaim liability for any such errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your use of the Platform and Services is at your sole risk, and we shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your use of the Platform.

c. Force Majeure: 

1. Suyog Travels shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the execution of its services, including but not limited to tour operations, transportation, and accommodation, due to events beyond its reasonable control (Force Majeure Events). Such events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, war, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, heavy traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, technical failures, or any other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the timely execution of the tour.

2. In the event of such Force Majeure Events, Suyog Travels reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or postpone the tour at its sole discretion. No refund shall be issued for any cancellation by the tourist/customer due to such postponements, delays, or alterations arising from Force Majeure Events. The customer acknowledges that these circumstances are beyond the control of Suyog Travels, and the firm shall not be held responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or additional costs incurred as a result.

By booking a tour with Suyog Travels, the customer agrees to the terms of this Force Majeure Clause and waives any claims against the firm for refunds or compensations due to such unavoidable disruptions.

Suyog Travels shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, acts of God, strikes, lockouts, or governmental restrictions.

17. Proprietary Rights

The content on the Platform, including its design, layout, look, graphics, and other materials, is proprietary to the Platform Owner. You are granted no rights to claim any ownership, title, or interest in the intellectual property of the Platform. Unauthorized use of the Platform and its content may result in legal action.

18. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Platform or Services for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose under applicable Indian or local laws.

19. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Upon accessing such links, you will be governed by the terms and conditions, privacy policies, and other relevant provisions of those third-party websites. These links are provided solely for your convenience.

20. Legal Binding Contract

Upon initiating any transaction on the Platform, you acknowledge that you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, demands, or legal actions, including reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting from your breach of these Terms of Use, applicable laws, or infringement of third-party rights.

22. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

23. Changes to Terms

Suyog Travels reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
